FREE Delivery on orders over $100 until the 31st July 2020 (delivery only in New Zealand).

Shipping within New Zealand:

For all New Zealand orders we use NZ Couriers and/or PostHaste Carriers. All orders are fully tracked and traced with signature required. If you prefer to select a ‘no signature required drop off’ please contact us prior to placing your order and this will be arranged for you. We will not take responsibility for orders if you choose to give way the signature requirement. 

Freight costs are,

New Zealand:  $5.00 flat rate for all orders, including Rural Delivery. Free shipping for orders over $100.00

International: We do send overseas. Simply place your order and select your country of destination. All orders to Australia are fully tracked and we use Auspost as the local provider. 
Orders anywhere else are non-tracked and HealthBank takes no responsibility for the order. Healthbank is not liable for any taxes or charges that an order may incur upon landing in a foreign country - Please check your local tariffs and custom charges. 
Some items may not be sent overseas due to restrictions. If this is the case, we will inform you and fully refund your order if what you want cannot be sent. For more information please contact us on contact@healthbank.co.nz 

Please insure the delivery address is correct, and is a physical location. PO Box number are NOT acceptable for delivery address details. HealthBank cannot take any responsibility for incorrect delivery details received, and consequent costs that may be incurred.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Occasionally a product may be out of stock and if this is the case, you will be advised at the time of ordering that an additional 3-5 days will be required to fulfill the order. 

Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day. We aim to deliver your items as soon as possible but dispatch times indicated are subject to change and we will contact you should this arise.

If you have any special delivery instructions please advise when placing your order.

NB : Some promotional gifts can not be sent for overseas orders.  

It is vital that your details are completed in full to ensure accurate sending and tracking of your purchases. We will send a confirmation email with your tracking number at the time of processing your order.
