Returns Policy

If your goods do not reach you in perfect/resellable condition please contact us immediately to arrange the most convenient way to return the goods for an exchange or refund. Please keep the packaging with the goods if possible. Resellable condition means all produt packaging is complete and undamaged, with the seal intact.

You may also return unopened goods to us within 2 days provided they are in an original, re-saleable condition, at your own expense if you have changed your mind about your order.

We will ask for photo's of damaged goods this is for internal use and to go back to the nessisary parties with visual proof, please include these when contacting us. 

We will not refund for taste / smell or other personal preference reasons. (Let's be fair you couldn't return and apple to the supermarket because you didn't like the taste of it, same idea here.)

For returns to be processed you must have emailed us in advance and have recieved a confirmation email from our team. With your return please include the reason why you are returning the goods and the receipt together with your name and contact details and order number.

Returning goods bought as special offers:

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy promotion (i.e. Buy 2 for $40) you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy promotion you will be refunded the full multi-buy value.
You must return any free items or vouchers back to us before we can process your refund.

Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment and will exclude delivery costs.
