Freight pricing

New Zealand: All shipping is $5, including rural deliveries. Orders over $50 receive free delivery.

International orders: Shipping is calculated by the total weight of the order based on your address at the checkout.

Some orders can be eligible for free delivery if the following are met:

Australia: Orders over $80 (NZD) receive free delivery.

China: Over $80 (NZD) receive free delivery.

Delivery time for New Zealand orders

For New Zealand orders, delivery time usually takes one to two working days. Please allow an extra day for rural deliveries. Orders within New Zealand are Delivered through PBT currier service. Rural deliveries will be passed form PBT to NZ post for the final stages of delivery. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

While we always endeavour to have all products in stock, occasionally a product might be out of stock. If this is the case, you will receive an email on the next working day to advise you that an additional three to five days will be required to fulfil your order.

Delivery time for international orders

For orders to Australia, shipping generally takes five to seven working days.

For orders outside New Zealand and Australia, please allow two to four weeks for delivery.

Orders outside New Zealand and Australia are tracked where possible (dependent on package weight and country track availability). We accept no liability for any orders lost in transit. We are not liable for any taxes or charges that an order may incur upon arriving in a foreign country. Please check your local tariffs and custom charges. Shipping times vary between two and four weeks, depending on the destination. ing

Customs and import regulations

If you place an order for delivery outside New Zealand, please be aware that customs and import regulations vary between countries.

It’s your responsibility to ensure that any items you order are not prohibited or restricted within your delivery country. We accept no responsibility for the refund or replacement of any items or costs related to, or resulting form, the importation of confiscation of any goods by your country’s customs or government body.

If your order is returned to us by your country’s import authorities in resalable condition, we will refund you the value of the order, less any postage costs incurred by us, once we’ve received it.

HealthBank has to and will only declair the total price of the order and is not at liberty to mark the parcel as a gift.

Tracking your order

You’ll receive an email with a link to track your order after it is dispatched. Not all international orders can be tracked depending on service availability. For New Zealand, Orders are trackable via the PBT website using your orders corresponding tracking number. For international orders that are trackable will be tracked via New Zealand post untill it leaves New Zealand. After this point it will be trackable by the postal service in the orders destination country.  

Missing orders

In the unlikely event that your order does not reach you within the expected delivery timeframe, please let us know within seven days of your order’s dispatch (if you live in New Zealand) or within four weeks of your order’s dispatch (if you live outside New Zealand).

Please note: We will not be liable for any loss should you fail to contact us outside of 30 days from the dispatch date.

Damaged orders

While we take great care to ensure your products reach you in a good condition, at times events outside our control may cause items to be damaged in transit. If this is the case, please call or email us, and we’ll send you a replacement product. It’s helpful if you provide photos of the damaged product so we can see where the damage occurred. Claims for damaged orders must be made within 3 working days after delivery. 

Delivery companies

In New Zealand, your order will be delivered by PBT couriers with a signature required. If you prefer your item to be left with no signature if you’re not home, please give authority to leave at the checkout by ticking the Authority to leave box when filling out your address.

In Australia, your order will be delivered by Auspost.

Outside New Zealand and Australia, your order will be handled by your local carrier.

PO Boxes and Private Bags

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to a Post Office Box or Private Bag.

Other delivery information

Please ensure your delivery details are correct. HealthBank cannot take any responsibility for orders delivered to the incorrect address due to an error in the delivery details. Any additional instructions for delivery that may help the courier driver sucessfully deliver your order should be placed in the order comments.
