Your access to and use of the HealthBank Website is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By accessing and using this Website, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions without any limitation or qualification.
These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between HealthBank and you for the supply of Products you have ordered. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing.
'Order' means the order submitted by you for Products on the Website and 'Products' means the products available for sale on the Website.
Legal Capacity to Transact
By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. If you are under the age eighteen (18) years you cannot place orders with HealthBank. Should HealthBank suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, HealthBank reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with HealthBank.
Payment Methods and Processing
Transactions are processed via an industry standard secure https connection using DPS as a third party payment gateway. This means that you can be assured that your sensitive data such as credit card numbers will remain confidential because all information is 128 bit encrypted. Cards accepted are VISA, Mastercard, American Express (Amex) and VISA/MasterCard charge cards.
We also accept payment via Direct Debit into our bank account. If you choose to this payment option, submit your order and you will be emails an invoice with our account details.
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
All HealthBank purchases include GST unless otherwise stated on the Product listing. Orders from overseas are GST exempt, but may be subject to taxes and charges from the country it is to be sent.
HealthBank has to and will only declare the exact total cost of the order on the parcel and are not at liberty to mark the parcel as a gift.
Information provided on our site is for information only. Weight Management programmes should be used in conjunction with a balanced diet. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant or lactating, consult a health professional prior to use. Always read the label and take as directed. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.

(b) liability (including for negligence) to you or anyone else in respect of any loss or damage (including special, indirect or consequential loss or damage), costs and expenses suffered by you or claims made against you arising from or in connection with your use of the Website and the information, products supplied, offered to be supplied or advertised or accessed through this Website for any reason whatsoever (including negligence). Our maximum aggregate liability for any Product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.
You agree that if the Products are acquired for the purposes of a business, the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are excluded in relation to those Products.

Our website may contain links to other websites that are not owned, operated or controlled by HealthBank. We cannot be responsible for any content accessed via these other sites. Downloading material from some sites may risk infringing intellectual copyright or introduce viruses to your system. Please read the terms and conditions of these other sites.
We make every reasonable effort with our website to keep it free from viruses and errors. However, we do not accept liability for any damage or loss caused to your computer hardware, software, and internet connections through using our website.

Intellectual Property Rights
Please be aware that our website contains trademarks which can belong to either HealthBank or third party companies. Using the logos, icons and service names is prohibited in any manner and will be considered a violation of copyright law.
Expiry Dates & Stock levels
All product expiry dates on supplements vary depending on recommended shelf life of each product. We will not deliver products that are expired or within 2 months of their expiry date.
We do not offer live stock levels on our website and as such stock may vary. Our stock is replenished withinin a 1-3 working day period and whilst we endevour to have all items available at all times your order may be dealayed if is not the case. Items marked as out of stock are those that we can not replensih in that time or are long term out of stcok with our suppliers.
Reward points are earned on the order subtotal pre tax and after any discount has been applied.
Loyalty points will only be earned on orders where you were logged in to our website to make the purchase.
Loyalty points for purchase will be applied once the order is dispatched from us at HealthBank.
Issued rewards will expire 6months after issued if not redeemed. We reserve the right to terminate any loyalty offer at our discression before this date.
Points will not be reimbursed once exchanged for a reward code.
