Skin conditions

Skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis or dry skin - even conditions such as dandruff require gentle and ongoing support. Using gentle skin products may assist but also being aware of other factors, such as stress may also be the catalyst to inflame skin conditions. 

Additional support may be found from trying the following, 
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day, and include three cardio workouts a week
Use natural cosmetics and body products that feed skin with nutrients
Drink plenty of pure water
Remove processed foods and refined sugar from your diet
Add organic raw, whole foods and fibres
Find ways to de-stress, including barefoot time in nature, and laughter
Get at least seven-and-a-half hours’ sleep a night
Using sensitive product or product contain medicinal properties such as manuka honey and aloe vera may help ease symptoms
