Aids normal defence mechanisms in times of trauma and after surgery.
Suggested Companion Products and Advice
Arnica is also available in a Lotion, Massage Oil and Extra Strength Gel. For best results, use both the oral and topical forms together. The Arnica Twin Pack containing Arnica 30C Liquid and 90g Arnica Cream is the best value option. Remember that Arnica topical products must not be applied to broken skin. Arnica Lotion diluted with 9 parts of water is ideal for use as a wet compress which can be left on overnight under a loose elastic bandage. Follow with "Rest Ice Compression Elevation" for any soft tissue injury. Avoid activity or sport until healing occurs. Exercise that does not stress the injured part, or cause pain, is encouraged.
