Great For Sleep.

A friend told me about magnesium, as i was finding I was sleeping poorly. I take two at night and I find I sleep much better and my mind is more relaxed if I do wake up, so I get back to sleep more easier. Really recommend to try magnesium if you're struggling to sleep.

Getting On Top Of Muscle Cramps

I've been struggling with cramping in my feet and calve muscles. I believe its due to prolonged standing (theatre nurse) and then crouching. I've used these Mg+ tablets in conjunction with B stressfree tablets for a bout 2 years now and they do work. If I take them before a shift I know I won't be waking up with cramps at night, which is a big relief.
