Cautions

Sulphites and tannic acid may inactivate thiamine

Oral contraceptives and the drug Doxorubicin may decrease serum riboflavin activity

Niacin may cause skin flushing in some individuals - this may be unpleasant, but is beneficial from a health perspective.  If flushing is inappropriate, B complex should be consumed after food and diluted in juice or water.
